ACLU's Sticks & Stones Project

The Sticks and Stones Project is a public education campaign of
the ACLU of Georgia which works to reduce anti-gay harassment and
violence in our schools. The project provides a free workshop to
teachers and administrators to help educators lower the language
of hate in their classrooms and hallways, and also advocates on
behalf of students who are the victims of harassment.
AID Atlanta

AID Atlanta's mission is to provide a broad, compassionate range
of HIV and AIDS services through the continuous support of donors,
volunteers and friends. AID Atlanta offers services targeted to
the special needs of all individuals who are living with HIV, including
those facing addiction or mental health issues. All services are
accessible to clients regardless of any language barriers.
Gay Fathers of Atlanta

A support group for gay fathers and their partners. This group meets
twice a month on the second and fourth Wednesdays. The group has
dinner before the meetings at 6:30 p.m.
Gay & Lesbian National Hotline

The Gay & Lesbian National Hotline is the only non-profit and
nationwide toll-free hotline that provides free and confidential
telephone peer-counseling and local resource information for gay,
lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questioning people of all ages.
The hotline also provide direct-service peer-counseling over the
telephone. Services are completely free and totally confidential.

Home But Not Alone

Home But Not Alone is a nonprofit, nonsectarian program that links
a person living with HIV/AIDS who has an extra room to rent with
a tenant living with HIV/AIDS. The purpose of the program is to
keep people in their homes with rising expenses and provides affordable
housing for those who are looking for a home.
The Hope Clinic of the Emory Vaccine Center

The Hope Clinic offers an innovative, community based, and scientifically grounded clinical trials program to address the need for safe and effective vaccines to prevent major global infectious diseases. Volunteers can participate in a variety of research studies to help understand the human immune system, find a safe and effective vaccine for HIV/AIDS, and prevent other important infectious diseases.
Jerusalem House

Jerusalem House is a home for homeless people with AIDS. Founded
in 1989, the organization now manages three programs -- a program
and home for single adults, a family program and home for women
and their children, and a scattered site program that houses people
throughout the city.
P.A.L.S. Atlanta

P.A.L.S. Atlanta is an Atlanta-based non-profit agency that loves
animals and is compassionate about keeping you and your best friend
together. P.A.L.S. gives financial aid, care and support to those
animals living with owners who do not have the ability to provide.
SisterLove

SisterLove is the first and oldest nonprofit community-based non-profit
in Georgia to focus specifically upon the needs of women, particularly
African American women and those of African descent, who are at
risk for contracting HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases
and infections.

YouthPride

YouthPride, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit support program and community
center serving metro Atlanta's queer youth (ages 13-24) by providing
a safe, comfortable space where youth can hold support and discussion
groups, plan youth-led workshops, use library and computer resources,
attend social gatherings, or explore educational and career opportunities.
YouthPride also offers free HIV testing every Wednesday from 5:30-7
