rights of the LGBT community. The agency fights to protect the community
from unfair firings, discrimination in housing and hate crimes.
In addition, the organization helps corporations to address homophobia
in the workplace and assists schools in understanding how discrimination
and bigotry can damage us all.

and limited government. Members of the group recognize the strength

Southern Regional Office has been vigorously pressing for equality
and fairness since it opened in 1997.
